About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Education Specialist to join our team at Arbor Education. As a key member of our Customer Education team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional training and support to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for schools, MATs, and partners, using your expertise to drive efficiency and improve educational outcomes.
  • Pitch training and consultancy services to users and partners, ensuring clarity and understanding of our solutions.
  • Deliver managed services for schools and partners, providing expert support and guidance to ensure successful implementation.
  • Travel to Arbor offices and occasionally client sites as needed, to collaborate with stakeholders and provide on-site support.
About You
  • You have a relevant background in the Education sector, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing schools and educators.
  • You are a friendly and approachable individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
