We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Education Specialist to join our team at Arbor Education. As a key member of our Customer Education team, you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support to educational institutions in optimizing, using, and finding value from our Arbor Management Information System (MIS).
Key Responsibilities- Deliver online and in-person training sessions to ensure that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our Arbor MIS.
- Design and deliver services to schools, Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), and partners, utilizing your professional knowledge and expertise.
- Pitch training and consultancy services to users and partners, articulating the benefits and value of our Arbor MIS.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our Arbor MIS functionality, features, and best practices, and communicate these effectively to customers.
- Deliver managed services for schools and partners, including setup of new school years, assessments, behavior, custom reports, and other related tasks.
- Own and maintain training materials, ensuring they remain relevant and up-to-date.
- Self-reflect on training sessions, providing feedback to the team on areas for improvement and outstanding actions.
- Travel regularly to national client sites and Arbor offices as needed.
We are looking for a highly motivated and communicative Customer Education Specialist with a passion for education and a strong background in the sector. Key qualities and qualifications include:
- Relevant experience in the education sector, with a deep understanding of school processes and terminology.
- A positive approach to learning new things, troubleshooting potential issues, and providing solutions.
- Experience with financial systems, Arbor MIS, or other Management Information Systems is desirable.
- A friendly, eager-to-learn attitude, with a willingness to help and support customers.
- A good sense of humor and ability to inspire others.
- A dedicated wellbeing team that champions initiatives such as mindfulness, lunch n learns, manager training, mental health first aid training, and more.
- 32 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), including 25 days annual leave and 7 extra company-wide days.
