Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Guildford. As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will work with students aged 4-19 who require additional support due to Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying risks and needs, escalating when necessary, and providing consistent support to ensure students feel safe, secure, empowered, and believe they can succeed in life.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a caring, compassionate, and empathetic approach. You should be able to build confidence and motivation in students, remain calm and resilient in challenging situations, and have a good understanding of mental health.

Benefits: This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Psychology Graduate looking to kick-start their career in the Mental Health Sector. You will receive excellent on-site training, support, and CPD to ensure safeguarding of all students. The salary for this position is £90-£110 per day, and you will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm, term time only.
