We are seeking a Behaviour Mentorship Opportunity for a recent Psychology graduate looking to make a positive impact in a specialist school environment.
This role involves working closely with students who have a range of learning and behavioural needs, providing targeted support to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing individualized support plans to meet the needs of students.
- Collaborating with therapists to provide holistic support and guidance.
- Providing positive reinforcement and confidence-building strategies to students.
- Offering 1:1 support outside of the classroom setting.
- Building strong relationships with students and colleagues alike.
Salary Details: Up to £100 per day, depending on availability, with hours from 8:30 am to 4:15 pm.
