We are seeking a Behaviour Assistant to join our team at Milk Education in Godalming, Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the academic, social, and emotional development of students with behavioural needs.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will develop and implement individual behaviour plans, working closely with our team to ensure optimal results. They will also offer interventions and support to help students manage their behaviour and emotions, fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Qualifications- A degree in a relevant field, such as education, psychology, or related fields, is desirable but not essential.
- SIGNIFICANT experience working with children or young people in a school or support setting.
- A deep understanding of child development, particularly in relation to behaviour and emotional needs.
- Competitive salary range of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
