About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Child and Family Support Worker. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to provide support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing one-to-one support and guidance to children and young people
  • Facilitating group activities and workshops to promote social interaction and skills development
  • Liaising with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for service users

You will also be required to participate in regular supervision sessions to discuss your progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • Social Work degree
  • Previous experience in the NHS or private care sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including wellbeing support, free meals, parking, and pension contribution.
