The ideal candidate will have a Social Work Qualification or equivalent, registration with Social Work England, and extensive experience in managing complex caseloads. Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of this position include assessing and planning for safeguarding in complex cases, mentoring less experienced staff, and delivering formal professional reflective supervision. You will also be responsible for promoting independence and providing support and protection to service users, balancing rights and risks to prevent deterioration in health and wellbeing, and maintaining accurate case work records. In addition, you will support personal and professional development and ensure that service users receive the highest level of care and support.

Compensation:
