About the Role:
Networker Global Limited seeks a dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Children's Services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to support children and families across South-East England.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a varied caseload, providing relationship-based social work services to children and families.
• Conduct assessments to identify family strengths, risks, and needs, developing SMART plans to ensure children's welfare.
• Engage in child protection investigations and collaborate with families to develop safety plans.
• Partner with agencies to foster strong relationships with legal services, healthcare, education, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Professional Social Work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and HCPC registration.
• Substantial experience in assessing and working directly with children and families in a statutory setting.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK childcare laws, statutory guidance, and the Working Together 2018 framework.
Salary and Benefits:
