About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN professional to join our team as a weekend support worker.
The successful candidate will provide 2:1 support to a 5-year-old child with complex needs, including behavioural management and self-regulation.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated and passionate team, providing essential care and support to a young child.
Key Responsibilities- Providing 2:1 support to a 5-year-old child with complex needs
- Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and self-help skills
- Supporting the child's anxiety and self-regulation needs
- Working collaboratively with the child's medical, therapy, and case management teams
- Experience supporting children with complex needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary of £17.44 per hour
- Avoidance of physical site due to job flexibility

The contract includes working alternate weekends, with additional shifts available during school holidays.
Shift times may vary, but typical hours include:
- Sleeping night shifts: 9am - 6pm
- Day shifts: 2:30pm - 9:00am
