We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Surrey. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

About the Role:

  • As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to service users, enabling them to lead independent lives.
  • You will work closely with the care team to implement individual support plans, ensuring that each person's needs are met in a respectful and dignified manner.
  • Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.

Requirements:

  • NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £25,500 - £28,500 per annum, depending on experience
