Nurse Practitioner for Neonatal Unit

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Surrey and Sussex trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months paid experience in an acute nursing environment within a hospital in the last 3 years. They must also comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices. A Neonatal Intensive care course is highly desirable.
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £27.94 per hour, plus holiday pay. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits including wellbeing incentives, first choice of shifts or placements, and access to training and development opportunities.
The post holder will be responsible for assessing the care needs of patients and developing, implementing, and evaluating programmes of care with supervision. They will also participate in the teaching and supervision of students and junior nurses, as well as undertaking a lead/link nurse role for the neonatal unit.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
