Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit Manager

We are seeking a Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a senior nursing professional, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team to provide high-quality care to male patients in rehabilitation.
The successful candidate will supervise staff, support recovery, and ensure effective healthcare delivery. You will also provide clinical leadership and maintain high care standards, guiding and supporting nursing staff to foster a collaborative environment.
To be considered for this role, you will need a relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD trained), NMC registration, and a positive attitude. A natural caring and compassionate nature, commitment to high-quality care, and proven track record of leadership skills are highly valued.
