Therapy and Rehabilitation Support Position

At Cygnet Woking, we are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the recovery and rehabilitation of our patients under the guidance of a qualified Occupational Therapist.

Key Job Functions:
  • Design and implement therapy plans for patients in conjunction with the ward Occupational Therapist and other healthcare professionals
  • Support the OT department in maintaining accurate records and implementing administrative tasks
  • Develop and lead individualised intervention programmes for clients as directed by a senior occupational therapist
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to design and deliver engaging activities promoting patient engagement and independence
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of one-to-one and group therapy sessions
