Mental Health Service Lead

As a Clinical Team Leader at Cygnet Health Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care across our 10-bed female PICU, which offers a range of mental health services for women. We seek a highly skilled and motivated RMN/RNLD to lead our nursing team, focusing on developing and implementing best practices, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans, emphasizing individualized approaches.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to drive service improvements and policy implementation.
- Enhance colleague development through coaching, mentoring and feedback.
