Leading the Way in Mental Health Pharmacy

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Pharmacist to support homecare treatment teams and contribute to a brand-new Mental Health Medicines Project in Surrey.

As a Clinical Specialist in Mental Health Pharmacy, you will bring medication practices up to speed, ensuring optimal use of medicines for mental health patients. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in improving medication management for mental health patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Medication Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance medication use among mental health patients.
  2. Multi-Site Travel: You will be required to travel across four sites in Surrey, offering flexibility in your role.
  3. New Project: Play a key role in launching and delivering a new mental health medicines initiative.

What We Offer:

About You:

  1. GPhC registered with significant experience in Mental Health Pharmacy.
