Compassionate Support Worker

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our care team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
Your main responsibilities may include:
- Assisting residents with daily living tasks and activities
- Implementing individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Building strong relationships with residents and providing one-to-one time
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have experience caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. Empathy and compassion are essential qualities for delivering exceptional care and support.
