Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Woking. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism and challenging behaviors in their daily lives.

About the Role:

  • We offer a competitive salary of £23,264 per annum (pro rata) + £1,200 complexity enhancements.
  • The successful candidate will have experience working in similar roles, specifically supporting individuals with Autism and challenging behaviors.
  • This is a full-time position, requiring 39 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals in engaging in all day-to-day living activities, including community outings and social events.
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs.
  • Managing finances and ensuring individuals' homes are clean and organized.
  • Providing emotional support and encouragement.
