About the Role

As a Learning Support Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored lesson plans using various teaching methods. You will work closely with local authorities, schools, and SEND teams to provide high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, speech and language difficulties, and mental health challenges.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians to ensure student progress.
