About the Role

We are seeking an IT Support Professional to join our team at Getting In Limited. As an Administrative IT Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our IT services across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated administrative support to IT services, prioritizing workload across different divisions.
  • Manage orders for IT equipment, software, and licenses, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Owning and completing projects aligned with apprenticeship standards, driving business growth.
  • Communicate effectively with external IT support companies, fostering strong relationships.
  • Monitor and support internal IT helpdesks and group IT mailboxes, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist with resource development for IT training, enhancing employee skills.
  • Coordinate site visits as required, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Order IT equipment and arrange collections and deliveries, streamlining processes.
  • Support new IT offices and equipment requests, providing expert guidance.
  • Provide support within offices/venues, including installing monitors and setting up new equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collate information from internal and external stakeholders to support IT services, driving informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate key meetings and welcome visitors, representing the company professionally.
  • Manage Group IT files and ensure IT Policy and Asset Registers are up-to-date, maintaining accurate records.
About the Opportunity
