Job Overview
Transform Housing & Support is seeking a dedicated Housing & Support Officer to join our team in Woking, GU21. As part of our mission to provide housing and support for socially excluded and vulnerable individuals across Surrey, Berkshire, West Sussex, and London Borough of Sutton, we aim to empower our clients to live independent and fulfilling lives.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing non-judgmental professional relationships with clients, managing their own time effectively, and delivering outcomes within deadlines. Computer literacy is essential for this role, with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet required.

Responsibilities
• Act as a keyworker to named clients, supporting them to achieve their goals and live independently.
• Manage housing management activities, ensuring client safety and risk assessment.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, using computer systems to track progress and outcomes.

Requirements
• A valid driving license and use of your own car for business purposes.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this role.
