Adult Supported Living Director

Domus Recruitment is a leading provider of care services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism & Complex Needs. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Care Manager to join our team as a Supported Living Manager in Woking, Surrey.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a purpose-built Supported Living service in Redhill that provides a discreet, safe environment to support individuals with Learning disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs, including behaviours that challenge.
- We require someone who can enable the people we support to lead a fulfilling life and maximise their independence, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
- The ideal candidate will also ensure the wellbeing of the team is prioritised and that they are given the appropriate tools and opportunities to excel in their current role and future career.
**Key Requirements:**
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care – support and training towards Level 4 and 5 is available.
- Experience working with those with Learning Disabilities or complex behaviours.
- Prior experience as a Service Manager looking for a new challenge – with a background in Supported Living or Residential Services.
**What We Offer:**
- An estimated salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
