Adult Healthcare Assistant Day Support Staff

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Adult Healthcare Assistant Day Support Staff. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.
- Apply practice policies, standards and guidance.
- Discuss with other members of the team how the policies, standards and guidelines will affect own work.
- Participate in audit where appropriate.
Main Duties of the Job:
- Experience of General Practice desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Participate in any training programme implemented by the practice as part of this employment, such training to include:
- Annual individual performance review.
- Taking responsibility for maintaining a record of own personal and/or professional development.

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
