Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable carers for night shifts, including weekends, within the Guildford area. This role involves providing support to a client with complex needs, requiring specialized training and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to clients with complex needs
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and families
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues

Requirements:

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility on travel (some shifts may require driving or public transport access)
  • A good standard of English and effective communication skills
  • An enhanced DBS (which you can apply for upon registration)

Location: Guildford area

Estimated Salary: £26,200 - £28,950 per annum (based on 36 hours per week), depending on shift pattern
