About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including bowel management, catheter care, and PEG feeding.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the clinical team.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care, preferably in a complex care setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
