Adult Social Care Supervisor Position

We are seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in Adult Social Care and take on new challenges.

As an Adult Social Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring that residents receive the highest standards of care and support. You will also oversee the daily operations of our homes, implement policies and procedures, and work closely with external partners to deliver effective services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Adult Social Care, supervisory experience, and excellent leadership skills. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to build lasting relationships with staff, residents, families, and external partners.

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,225 per annum, plus a range of benefits including enhanced holiday entitlement, sick pay, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
