Working as a Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities is a highly varied and rewarding job within a residential supported living setting. Whether new to the role or an existing support worker, our training package means we can help you develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for someone who is committed to supporting vulnerable people to live their best lives and to provide specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, downs syndrome, and autism. The successful candidate will be able to work well as part of a team, have good communication skills, and be able to work under their own initiative as well as part of a team.
