Support Role for Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
We provide high-quality supported housing and support services to individuals with mental health needs, challenging behavior, and learning disabilities. Our organization is growing rapidly, and we are seeking dedicated professionals who share our commitment to improving the daily lives of our service users.
The successful candidate will support our service users in achieving their full potential by implementing personalized support plans, promoting their rights and dignity, and assisting with daily living skills and domestic chores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing individualized support plans for service users.
- Safeguarding the well-being and dignity of service users.
- Encouraging confidence-building activities and supporting self-esteem development.
- Providing assistance with medication management.
- Aiding with daily living tasks and domestic duties.
- Maintaining accurate records of service user progress.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
- An hourly rate of pay between £11.44 and £11.75, dependent on experience.
- 28 days paid annual leave, inclusive of public holidays.
- Paid training opportunities for in-house certifications.
