**Job Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our welcoming school in Woking. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their academic and emotional needs, working closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students, helping them to achieve their learning goals.
  • Assist teachers in preparing resources and managing the classroom environment.
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or English as an Additional Language (EAL) to access the curriculum and make progress.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages student engagement and well-being.
**What We're Looking For:**
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and students.
  • A patient, adaptable, and supportive attitude, with a commitment to safeguarding best practices.
  • Awareness of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
