We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology or Criminology and a genuine motivation to work with vulnerable young people and those at risk of offending.

In this challenging school setting, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver key and personal/functional skills to students with SEMH, ADHD, Asperger's, OCD, Dyslexia, and other social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

Delivering Personalized Learning Programs

You will work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored learning programs that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student.

A Dynamic and Supportive Environment

In this dynamic and supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in areas such as restorative practices, MAPA and ABA Training, and crisis management.

A Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary of £85+ per day, paid on a PAYE basis, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.00pm, as well as a range of benefits, including MAPA and ABA Training, and the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
