Academic Support Assistant

Supporting Students with Complex Needs
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant at Academics, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, including SEMH, Autism, and other social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
You will work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored learning programs that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student.
Fostering a Positive Learning Environment
In this dynamic and supportive environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in areas such as restorative practices, MAPA and ABA Training, and crisis management.
A Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary of £85+ per day, paid on a PAYE basis, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.00pm, as well as a range of benefits, including MAPA and ABA Training, and the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
