About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. To provide personal care to our clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  2. To promote independence and dignity among our clients, while respecting their individual needs and preferences
  3. To maintain accurate records of client care and progress, as required
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

  • Must be 18 years or over
  • Hold a current UK driving licence
  • Have access to your own vehicle
  • Able to provide personal care
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week, with flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends
