We are looking for Care Givers to join our amazing team:
**Full Time / Alternative Weekends (30+ hours a week)**
**Part time Evenings / Alternative weekends (10+ hours a week)**
- **COVERING AREA'S**:_
- Guildford, Elstead, Milford, Godalming, Ash and surrounding areas_
**DO YOU**:
- Have a UK driving license and access to a vehicle?
- Able to work Mornings and/ or Evenings
- Able to work alternate weekends?
- have reliable and compassionate caregiving skills
- Currently living in the UK?
- Based within approx 20 minutes of Farnham

**Qualifications & Experience**
No experience is required as a full induction and ongoing training will be provided. Good verbal and written communication skills as well as a caring nature is required but previous experience working in a care role is desirable but not essential.
Good organisational and time management skills are very important.
- **Please note**:_ As this role involves giving care to clients in their own home you **must** have a driving license and have access to a vehicle with business insurance.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure the highest possible levels of care provision are maintained at all times.
- To undertake all duties in accordance with the policies and procedures of Right at Home at all times
- Liaise closely with the Care Manager at all times.
- Duties will include personal care to allow Clients to maintain their personal hygiene, appearance and physical comfort.
- Assisting in the preparation and making of meals, drinks and snacks.
- To provide assistance with other tasks of daily living which may include cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of their environment, shopping, laundry and bill paying.
- To assist Clients to take medication as identified in their care plan.
- Participate in team meetings, staff events, attend any training provided by the company and reviews as required.
- Remain compliant by regularly completing online training
- To work as part of a team with colleagues
- To work in accordance with the weekly work schedule and maintain timely records.
- To provide social support, talking and listening to the Client, helping them to maintain contact with friends and family and other contacts in potentially isolating situations.
- To contribute to the safe moving and handling of Clients to maximise their physical abilities and mobility.
- Act on your own initiative and exercise good decision making skills.
**YOU MUST HAVE VALID RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK AND CURRENTLY BE LIVING IN THE COUNTRY.**
