Job Title: Special Needs Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Special Needs Support Worker. In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and support staff to deliver targeted interventions and provide behaviour and pastoral support to students.

About the Job:
  • Deliver interventions to children with speech, language, and communicational needs in small groups and 1:1.
  • Assist the class teacher in providing the learning experience of students.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in achieving their full potential
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to the development of individualised education plans
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • No previous experience is required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Caring, compassionate, and a good listener
  • Willing to work 1:1 and in small groups with students
Benefits:
  • Excellent on-site training, support, and CPD is provided
  • £90 - £110 per day, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm, term time only
