About the Role
CV-Library is seeking a qualified plumber to work with our team as a mentor for apprentices in the construction industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, experience working with apprentices or in a similar mentoring role, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and apprentices.

The role involves guiding and supporting 30 apprentices through their plumbing apprenticeships, acting as a liaison between them and their employers. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and advance your career by taking on a new challenge.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Your Background
Our ideal candidate will have a NVQ level 3 in plumbing or equivalent, experience working with apprentices or in a similar mentoring role, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, excellent pension scheme, free onsite parking, and 50 days holiday. You will also have the opportunity to progress to assessor and teaching roles within the company.
