We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Academics, a specialist school in Woking. The successful candidate will work closely with our students, aged 10-16, who face various social, emotional and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students with SEMH needs
  • Develop and implement behaviour management plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support
  • Maintain accurate records and report student progress

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEN children and/or adults
  • Strong knowledge of mental health principles and theories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and think creatively
