About the Role

We are seeking a Behaviour Assistant to join our team at Milk Education in Godalming, Surrey. As a Behaviour Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting students with behavioural needs, helping them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing individual behaviour plans, collaborating closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Offering interventions and support to help students manage their behaviour and emotions, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as education, psychology, or related fields, is desirable but not essential. You must have significant experience working with children or young people in a school or support setting.
  • A deep understanding of child development, particularly in relation to behaviour and emotional needs, is crucial for this role.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting children with diverse needs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
