CV-Library is seeking a dedicated Youth Development Professional in Epsom to support students with behavioural needs.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people. As a Behaviour Assistant, you'll be working closely with students to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

  • Develop and implement individual behaviour plans tailored to each student's needs.
  • Offer strategies and interventions to help students manage their behaviour and emotions, promoting positive relationships and outcomes.
Key Requirements:
  1. A strong understanding of child development, particularly in relation to behaviour and emotional needs.
  2. Proven experience working with children or young people in a school or support setting.
  3. A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting children with diverse needs.
  4. A relevant qualification in education, psychology, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
