Mentor and Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Mentor and Support Specialist to join our team in Epsom. As a Behaviour Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing individual behaviour plans, offering strategies and interventions to help students manage their behaviour and emotions, and promoting positive relationships and outcomes.
- Support students with behavioural needs, helping them to develop skills and confidence.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support plan is in place.
- Previous experience working with children or young people in a school or support setting.
- A strong understanding of child development, particularly in relation to behaviour and emotional needs.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting children with diverse needs.
- A relevant qualification in education, psychology, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
- A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.
