Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Specialist. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable and elderly people who rely on our support. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be working closely with our clients to promote their independence, dignity, and well-being in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring and compassionate nature, and the ability to work independently. You will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.

About the Role:
- Competitive salary: £12.00 per hour Monday to Friday; £14.50 per hour Saturday and Sunday; bank holidays at time and a half; Christmas Day and New Year's Day at double time
- Enhanced pay rates for experienced care workers

- Refundable DBS (subject to satisfactory completion of 3 month probationary period)
- Blue Light Card supplied after probation
- 28 days holiday p/a inclusive of bank holidays (pro-rated)
