**About the Role:**

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will work one-to-one with students who require additional support, helping them to build confidence, motivation, and resilience.

You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans, using a range of strategies and techniques to engage and motivate students. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Psychology Graduate or those with relevant experience to gain valuable experience in the Mental Health Sector. If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: £90-£110 per day

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm, term time only

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Experience working with children and young people
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
