Supporting Young People's Mental Health

We are recruiting a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people.

The estimated salary for this position is £27,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • To provide pastoral support and guidance to students, promoting positive behaviour and mental health.
  • To work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting students.
  • To contribute to the development of individualised learning plans and behaviour interventions.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
