We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to fill the role of Graduate Behaviour Support Worker at Academics Ltd.

About the Position

This rewarding position involves supporting students aged 4-19 with complex SEMH needs, including trauma, anxiety, OCD, and behavioural issues. As a behaviour support worker, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Main Duties
  • Provide individualised support to students, focusing on building trust, confidence, and self-esteem
  • Develop and implement behaviour plans to promote positive change and reduce challenging behaviour
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Recent Psychology Graduate
  • Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Caring, compassionate, and a good listener
  • Awareness of mental health and its impact on students
