Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing clients, and overseeing key client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee and manage key client accounts to ensure successful partnerships
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and stay ahead of the competition
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets and drive sales growth
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth
- Track sales performance and report on progress to ensure accountability
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
- Manufacturing industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Competitive salary
