Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing commercial customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Utilize lead generation, networking, and prospecting techniques to identify new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor market trends to inform product pricing strategies and ensure competitiveness in the sector.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication, processing orders, and updating records and data.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department on promotional and general marketing activities.
- Provide regular sales activity reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure commercial customer needs are met.
- Minimum of two years' experience in sales and business development.
- Strong commercial focus with the ability to manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of CRM software, such as Microsoft Dynamics, is desirable.
Location: Head Office, Greysteel
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,960 per annum, plus performance-related bonus
