Business Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Expert Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of existing commercial customers
  • Identify potential new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and prospecting
  • Understand the competitor market to support the business strategy for product pricing
  • Regular telephone communication with potential or existing customers, processing orders, and recording and updating records and data
  • Utilize relevant online platforms, industry associations, and social networks to identify new leads
  • Assist the Marketing Department in any promotional or general marketing activity
  • Liaise with the Sales Director to ensure maintenance of pricing policy
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecast to the management team
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure commercial customer/order and business needs are met
Requirements:
  • Sales and business development experience
  • A minimum of two years experience in a similar role
  • Strong commercial focus with the ability to manage the process from lead generation to sale closing
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Knowledge in CRM software (desirable)
Location and Working Hours:

Head Office, Eglinton. This is primarily an office-based role, but on occasion, there may be a requirement to visit customers on their premises. 40 hours per week (30-minute lunch break unpaid), Monday to Friday.
