About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will be responsible for driving corporate events and wedding business opportunities, while developing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including corporate events and wedding planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Utilize industry associations, online platforms, and social networks to identify and pursue new business leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver event proposals and quotations.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree or qualification in hospitality, events, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the hospitality and events industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
