- Support the People/ HR Team with recruitment admin activities
- Post advertisements
- Arrange interviews and give feedback
- Take notes/ minutes in interviews
- Assist with new starter onboarding process
- Admin duties, update the employment database, request PO numbers for invoices, data entry
- Use MS Office systems
Key Responsibilities:
This position involves providing administrative support to the HR/ People Advisor during a busy period. Your main tasks will include supporting the recruitment team, posting job ads, arranging interviews, taking minutes, and updating the employment database.
