**This role**

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the HR inbox as the first point of contact
- Ensuring the internal HR system is kept up to date with regular changes, new starters and leavers
- Administering HR documents and contracts
- Maintain accurate electronic personal files
- Preparing and checking payroll information
- Provide support to ad-hoc HR projects
- Perform any other administrative duties when needed

Core Skills:

- Previous experience within an administration position
- Proven experience in keeping accurate records and handling sensitive information
- Proven administration skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and an ability to prioritise your own changing workload
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of Employee Relations

Soft Skills:

- Is organised, able to work to deadlines, and manages time effectively
- Strong communication skills, and an ability to manage difficult conversations in a professional and sensitive manner.
- Has a hard work ethic, is passionate, driven and loves what they do
- Is honest, trustworthy and reliable
- Produces quality work and is ready to learn new skills

**Requirements**:
**We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following**:

- GCSE A-C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- An Undergraduate or Master's degree in HR would be beneficial but not essential
- CIPD Qualified or part qualified
- Demonstrable experience within the HR industry
