Senior HR Administrator

**We’re looking for an experienced administrator to join our friendly HR team and help us provide an amazing service to both current staff and new starters**
You’ll also need to work well with staff at all levels and be able to provide timely and responsive administrative services, being responsible for supporting current staff with HR-related queries.
**Ideally, you’ll be enthusiastic about engaging in development to further your own skills and be equally excited to bring fresh ideas to the table to help us improve and streamline our processes.**

**Day-to-day you will be**:
- Providing proactive administrative services in a fast-paced HR team
- Working in a friendly office environment alongside the Payroll, Recruitment, and People Experience teams
- Sending out contracts to new starters, coordinating vetting processes such as DBS checks, and recording progress within our internal HR software.
- Working collaboratively with staff at all levels to support the people team function, from answering queries to assisting colleagues with HR-related issues
- Taking part in professional development to strengthen your skills
- Championing our values of fairness, respect and equality

**Though ideally, you will**:
- Have experience working in an administrative role
- Have excellent IT and communication skills
- Hold Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent
- Hold a Business Administration qualification or have equivalent experience
- Be excited to bring fresh ideas to the table and help us constantly improve
