**Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd** are currently recruiting a **HR Administrator** to join the People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an **Administrator** or **HR Administrator** who was to develop themselves within HR. This is a **full-time role** and it’s a **permanent **role.

My client is a family run business that provides multi-discipline industrial services with over 30 years’ experience, technical expertise and industry knowledge. Our core values focus on the development of our business and the people within it.

Location - **Handsworth, Sheffield**

Hours - Mon
- Fri, 37.5 hours between the hours of (8am -5pm) e.g. 8am
- 4.30pm or 9am
- 5pm

Salary - £20,000 -£23,500 depending on experience

Benefits - 33 days holidays, plus Birthday off, Pension, healthcare, free parking, Training - CIPD Level 3 onwards

**HR Administrator** Main Purpose:
To provide HR administrative support to the People Team, ensuring efficient and effective support to employees and management throughout the company, as well as external stakeholders.

**HR Administrator** Duties and Tasks:

- Supporting the People Team with day-to-day administrative tasks and ongoing projects
- Maintaining and updating internal HR systems including data entry, scanning and uploading documents.
- Assisting the People Team with recruitment and onboarding of apprentices
- Day-to-day recruitment administration, checking/updating online recruitment platforms, forwarding CV’s and organising interviews.
- Arrange meetings, utilising Microsoft Outlook, create agendas and take minutes.
- Issuing certificates, producing training cost agreements and ad-hoc training admin.
- Organising post, producing HR reports, People Team administrative support and other ad-hoc administration tasks.

**HR Administrator** Experience Required
- 2 Years Administrative experience
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Highly effective interpersonal skills
- IT literate
- HR Experience would be an advantage but happy to consider the desire to have a career with HR
- Would like to development themselves and complete fully paid and supported CIPD Level 3

**Salary**: £17,738.93-£23,500.00 per year
